The Armenian American Childrens Fund, Inc. (AACF) is dedicated to provide help and support to poor and needy children in Armenia. As such, it will provide goods, services or funds to both individual children and organizations (such as orphanage homes) offering necessary shelter, medical aid, and other forms of assistance to those children in the Republic of Armenia. Neither AACF, nor any of its directors/officers have any relationship with those foreign organizations.

The AACF will inform its contributors that distributions of goods, services or funds to poor and needy children in Armenia will be directed and controlled by AACF for purposes consistent with its exempt purposes. The planned Website for AACF will definitely and explicitly state its missions and goals, again for purposes consistent with its exempt purposes.



We will implement certain procedures to ensure that its distributions to organizations in Armenia are used in furtherance of its exempt purposes. As such, AACF will plan annual site visits, perform compliance checks by impartial experts, obtain certified letters from receiving organizations to verify that grant funds and goods are being used appropriately.
